Our Monolithic Formwork Solution is a complete, precision-engineered system designed for fast, accurate, and repeatable casting of walls, slabs, beams, staircases, and other structural elements in a single pour.
The system includes standard, non-standard, and special panels along with a full range of accessories, supports, connectors, and tools.
Each component is supplied with a unique identification code defining its type, dimensions, and location as per detailed modulation drawings prepared by our design team. Along with the material supply, we provide site-specific layout and sequence drawings that guide the first casting, assembly order, and correct positioning.
Once assembled, the system forms a customized mould matching the exact structural design. All concrete-contact surfaces are oiled before casting to ensure smooth finish and easy de-shuttering. After successful casting, the formwork is dismantled and reused at the next level, ensuring speed, consistency, and cost efficiency.
